Belgian Artist Jean Luc Moerman likes to draw on female models and icons in a tattoo like manor.He uses the same design and contniues throughout the body in a similar style.

I particularly like this image as he looks so smart with his suit and tie,to then draw all over the face in a tribal like manor, like a merge of two different worlds coming together...
His work also reminds me of the work of Musician/artist Brandon Boyd.

I like how he's just left the faces like they are covered in a blanket together with just their heads poking out as the main view point.
