Hair ideas

During my research into tribal homes I noticed a running theme of straw like huts.I liked the idea of incorporating this idea of straw like hair.

Hair inspiration

I want to create a plait of hair made of straw.

I would prefer to have no fringe as the straw hair alone is rather over powering.Also i want to make more holes in it so you can see the hay dispersing from it

Constructing the hair.
I began with a bag of straw,some netting and some fabric.I wanted to create a plait like shape.The straw being not easy to work with and a struggle to keep together i decide to wrap the netting around the straw to keep it all in shape.I am happy with how this looks.
